Return Window

For online orders, you have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return.

We offer:

• Exchange: For a different size or style (subject to availability).

• Store Credit: Issued via eGift Card. We do not offer cash refunds.

Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Sale items, pajamas, bras, socks, and any items marked "Final Sale".

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unscented with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Request

1. Please email us at manichicstudioo@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Once approved, items must be mailed back (with a tracking number) within the next 3 days.

Quality & Disclaimer

• Defects: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours if you receive a defective item. (Note: Minor color variations, loose threads, or normal pilling are not considered defects.)

• Fit: Many items are "One Size". As fit varies by individual body shape, size/fit issues are considered personal preferences and are not product defects.
